I saw something really cool on the RLX ..valet mode. Probably won't get used to much, but something to show off. Is this on all models, or just the advanced?

Valet mode
To help keep the RLX more secure when it’s released to a valet, the standard Valet Mode lets you set a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that locks the glove box and trunk, plus the navigation, phone and audio systems.

 

I would like that on my infiniti with these two additional features:

1. Limit on how fast the engine revs..like to 2500
2. Limit on the speed.

 

Also, if someone bypasses the Valet lock, you'll get a message that it's been reset.

 

I'll take an ejector seat on mine if revs go too high like previously mentioned

 

Ford has that feature with the Boss 302.

 

Awesome feature. And PIN may be changed every time you use it. Think safe in a hotel room.

 

this feature is available on all RLX models i believe (not sure about the base model). the tech model i drove had the feature. it pretty much locks down the entire car. then again why would you let anyone else drive the car? i know, sometimes you don't have a choice.
