Strange remote start , maybe bug
Strange remote start , maybe bug
Normal behavior
Can someone confirm this?
- I use remote start to start the car
- I get close to the car
- Open the front door with the handle.
- get into the car, press the brake and start the car, the seat and steering wheel are adjusting

Similar things. The RLX SH behaves differently than my '17 MDX non-SH when in remote start mode. Similarly, the auto unlock mode behaves differently as well, even without the remote start on. My wife and I played with the settings, and I found just the other day that part of my problem is that my (Driver 2) key's auto unlock only did the driver's door, which created a bunch of odd behavior. When I changed the setting to unlock all doors, behavior got a lot better in these strange 1-off scenarios. I'll look more closely at what happens when in terms of the seat/wheel position with different scenarios. But it is different - and probably a "feature" and not a "bug"... ;-)
Very Interesting. This happens to me sometimes and I've never narrowed it down.
The other night it was definitely when I opened the passenger door first and then opened the driver's door and got in the driver's seat.
However, it happened without pre-starting the car. I had to stop the car, put it in park and hit the driver 1 button to get the seat/steering wheel to go to preset settings.
I'm always forgetting our other car the TLX doesn't have rear door lock/unlock sensors.
