I still haven't received my RLX recall letter. I also checked owner.acura.com, and it doesn't have anything under recall.

Does anyone else like me haven't received recall letter?

I haven't received mine either but my dealer did the fix for me without the letter.

My dealer just call me for the suspension recall... They told me it will be 2 hours...

No letter either, but I found out about it when I took my car into Radley Acura for an oil change.

I didn't get mine either. No biggie just drop if off at the dealer. They will replace the bolts and perform an alignment.

I haven't received mine yet, either, but had the Mod applied just after New Years....

i haven't received my letter either, but the service guy mentioned it last week when I took my car in for an oil change. I brought the car back this morning and got a loaner; found out later from the service rep that they can't order the parts until the car is brought into the shop (???), so it won't be ready until tomorrow. That doesn't make a lick of sense....

I finally got the same thing. I scheduled an oil change appointment with a new dealer closer to where I live and the service manager indicated that my car needed the suspension recall kit. he placed the order and said parts would be in within 1-2 days. so they're gonna knock out both at the same time.

I have just received my recall letter today.

Got the suspension recall completed and installed today. No qualms, no issues. Also no noticeable difference in suspension or handling, other than the fact that they automatically do a full alignment with the recall work, so she's nice and tight, as expected.

Took care of my 15k maintenance at the same time and all checked out well. She's a happy girl
