Does anybody know how to remove the rear seat from the RLX. I am trying to gain access to the mounts for the shocks.

On my tsx the bottom cushion of the rear seat had 2 hooks that needed to be pulled to release the bottom cushion. It doesn't appear that the RLX has these.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is my mother's car. Just trying to help her out and save her a buck.

 

Figured it out. They come out in the same fashion as the TSX. One bolt in between the seat bottom and back (located under armrest) and two clips underneath the bottom cushion that can be pulled via needle nose pliers (carefully!).

The rear struts are a pain to remove once unbolted. Would recommend that you drop the rear sub frame if you attempt this. Live and learn....
