Hi,

Taken the car to the dealer twice already for the lower console clip (just above the heated / ventilated seat buttons) on the right side keeps coming loose.

I'm going to ask them to replace the whole console this time and the clips. Has anyone else had this issue?

I am having the same problem on my 2018 and it has been doing it since the drive home. I can push it back into place which lasts about an hour or two.. The dealer replaced the clips which lasted about 2 hours of driving and it popped loose again. I just haven't had time to take it back because the dealer is about an hour away from me.

 

Honda dealership close by? They might be able to address your concern.

 

Still no fix for me. The service manager called me and is investigating. I asked them to replace the whole console and clips due to the inconvenience.

 

After the clip replacement didn't fix ours, the dealer said they needed to replace the part that the clip holds on to. That was done today and so far after 35 miles, it has not popped out yet. Here is what the service order shows:

51aczztrim1 Right side trim is distorted. Replaced the right side trim panel that goes around the navi control knob, the panel had twisted locating tab that is causing the panel to pop out of place. The trim around the multi jog control.
