so if I talk to friends and family in the car through HFL, everyone says sound quality is good and no noise.
However, if I call into a Webex meeting, everyone says that there is a lot of noise - like very bad

Do you think there is some issue with Noise Cancelling causing this because of some time delay issue? I don't think you can turn this off. Is that correct?

 

Same issue here. I think it has to do with the handoff of the cell signal to VOIP. Just finished a Webex and SOP is to ask mobile participants to MUTE when no speaking.

it has to be more than cell signal hand-off to VOIP because when I'm just on cell phone everything is OK
it only has quality problem from car - that's why I think the noise suppression comes into play
