Is my 2014 RLX lemon??

I got mine in August of 2014 and since then car was serviced for over 40 days. Have couple of outstanding issues like grinding noise from transmission and navigation issues.

By Illinois lemon law car is lemon if it’s in service for over 30 days in first 12 months of ownership.

Do you think I should file a claim??

Any one took this route???

What is the downside of filing a claim and getting the ball rolling? If you don't, I'm sure a window of opportunity will close. Once your claim is openned you can always back out if things take a turn for the better.

Why haven't you filed a claim already? Go do it post haste instead of talking about it!

Sounds like you've been working with your dealer.

There's one other guy with a RLX lemon (suspension) who has gone through arbitration.

Arbitration is a waste of time. I lost, as did another owner on here. He got fed up, traded the car and took a substantial loss. I filed a lemon suit. Starts soon.
