Lease figures on a SH-RLX

Hello, all. I'm thinking a bit ahead here but my master plan is to turn in my girlfriend's Camry Hybrid near Fall of 2016 and pass down my TLX 2.4 Tech (that is not even 2 months old) and I lease an RLX-SHAWD Advance. I work for the social/digital media side of a large auto group that has Acura as part of it's auto mall so let's assume for the sake of argument that my employee price will be close to the 'good deals' some of you have worked out. I'm thinking a standard 36month/15K mile a year lease with first payment only due at signing. My best 'guess' is in the $600 to $700 range. Any first hand leasing experience on an RLX-SHAWD?

I lease, but mine is not representative (i.e. not a great deal) as I was one of the first lessees for the Sport Hybrid, and I certainly don't have an employee deal like you will. I paid nearly MSRP. I'm nowhere close to $700 a month. I wish I were! Thankfully, it's a big tax deduction for my business so the pain is less.

I had a "zero down" deal at nearly MSRP, 36 months, 12k miles, tax built in, 49% residual.

Thankfully, the car is worth the coin IMHO.

Don't go for the 15k on miles. I can't imagine anyone only driving 15k a year. The car is way to fun to drive.

Based on Neuron Bob's residual of 49%, I'm betting the monthly rate is closer to $1000 for 36 months if there is nothing down.

The Edmunds lease calculator says $1700/m for a $55K car for 36 months, 15K miles. This is assuming you can get $12K off of the msrp, if not it is over $2K/m.

In your area, maybe. I plugged in the numbers for my lease deal and came up with close to my actual payment. Your figure of $1700 for a hypothetical $55k car is several hundred more than the actual payment on my few hundred off MSRP lease deal with 12k miles.
