Check emissions system/ electric parking brake issue
I got mine fixed last fall. They put my parts order (fuel filler neck) at critical priority (since I'd been waiting for six months) and it came and they replaced it under warranty and all has been well.
I will say I never had problems driving the car with those warning lights on - did several 150 mile interstate drives and was worried sick, but it was fine.

might need to use the diagnostic tools to check. I had the same warning lights on my recently acquired 2017 RLX SH. The problem is with the EVAP canister and sensor have water inside so I have to change out the canister unit and the code is cleared. both e brake and emission circuit run through the EVAP sensor. The EVAP canister is the part that controls the fuel gate pop when fuel is full when putting gasoline into the car. but all and all, need to use the diagnostic computer to find out the root cause.
We also experienced these issues on our 2017 MDX Advance with 52k miles (Just out of warranty obviously)
The dealership indicated it may be the ecm software, however when they inspected it they found it had a faulty "battery sensor" which they are replacing for $215. The service writer seemed confident that this would fix the issue.
Anyone encountered this fix before? I certainly don't want to see the warnings and have limp mode happen again.

This just happened on our 2019 MDX this morning - appt made with the dealer for Saturday. Of course the car has 2 weeks and/or 1800 miles left on the warranty as of today. Glad this happened now rather than in another two weeks!
I haven't seen the paperwork yet to see what codes were thrown (they are working a squeak/rattle issue for me still) but they told me the vapor canister purge valve was not functioning and was the source of my issue. Luckily they had one in stock and were able to install it same day.
ckiggins so what was the outcome? Last October I purchased a used non-CPO 2019 MDX Hybrid and today after filling up my tank (close to empty) range about 60 miles left and within an hour or so the emissions system/ electric parking brake problem appears. Did they say or give any indication that it may have also been related to the fuel filling tube? Was it covered under a safety recall? Well I guess you were covered because you have a CPO.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Need to add my experience with these codes popping up. I recently purchased a 2018 RLX-SH with 19,000 miles. Ten days later the "Emissions System Problem" and "Electric Parking Brake Probelm" warnings appeared. I contacted the selling dealership who said they would fix any issues free of charge that show up within 30 days of purchase. Since that dealer is 240 miles away, they allowed me to take it to a local dealership with the same owner. Both service departments stated the problem was likely an emmissions leak and not the parking brake.
After reading the codes and getting no clear indication of the cause, both dealerships agreed the best first step would be to replace the fuel filler neck. The local dealership made the replacement but the same 2 warnings reappeared 2 days later. I took it back to the local dealership and they ran a smoke test which showed smoke around the back of the car. They removed the back seat and found smoke and bubbling around the large lock nut that secures the fuel pump in the fuel tank. They removed the nut and found the lock nut's o-ring was not sitting properly. They removed and inspected the o-ring, reinserted it properly, secured the lock nut and conducted the smoke test which showed the problem was resolved. Hopefully, the warnings will not reappear.
The fuel pump on my car was replaced under a safety recall 2 weeks before my purchase so the problem likely was caused during that replacement. There are other posters on this thread who stated these 2 warnings appeared for the first time soon after the fuel pump was replaced. So, if you get an "Emissions System Problem" soon after the fuel pump is replaced, that is a good first place to look.
