$499/mo for 2016 PAWS Tech lease...
I saw the PAWS RLX in an ad yesterday, for the first time in months. $499/mo for a tech w $3400 down. Given that the 2016 Tech is contented to nearly where the 2014-15 PAWS Advance is, I'd say that's the best deal yet even with the down payment. Acura definitely trying to move out inventory. Too bad no special deals on the Sport Hybrid, but there are so few on the ground that I don't see that ever happening.

I noticed that deal.
For some reason, though, they're pushing ILX inventory at the expense of everything else.
If they'd try to sell or lease some RLX's, I think they could. They're extraordinary deals, and about as solid mechanically as any Accord.

Does anyone know what the residual and money factor is? The $499 is assuming MSRP. Is the residual the same for the Hybrid? Any idea what the MF for the hybrid is?

I never understood why someone would opt to lease a car especially with the milage limits that get put on them, but to each his own ... someone needs to eat depreciation so i can get it used for a huge discount

Further, this car depreciates so much that the best way to procure it new is to lease it. That way, the bank eats the depreciation. If you are planning to purchase to keep for ten years, or buy used, the depreciation doesn't matter or is already eaten for you, respectively.

But on the other hand, I am compensated with mileage payments, so I do okay if I buy a car. The compensation allows me to have a car that I like and enjoy being in for long periods.
When I get rid of a car, it's going to be high mileage, and the sale or trade in won't be as good.
But, overall, it works out better to buy a car than to lease.

Here's the deal. The first glance is really good, but the details may be just as interesting....
