Trying to keep things in perspective here Toyota is currently in the 5th model year of it's highly touted and reliable Highlander. Acura's infotainment system isn't all that unique, either with the occasional problem or the dealer response. When problems occur you can always take a bit of solace in the fact that you're not alone, unfortunately that still won't make things better.
