Compass displaying road names

I know we can’t, at the moment, set the imid to display the compass as the default screen, but my concern is when you have the compass displayed, shouldn’t it display the current road you’re on no matter if you’re using the navigation or not? My dad has a 2018 CRV Touring model and it’ll display the road he’s on no matter if he uses the navigation or not.

No, because that's not the way it's designed and implemented on the RDX.

It seems odd to me the CRV has it displaying the name of the road while the RDX doesn’t. I just wanted confirmation that my RDX compass was working like it should...thanks!

I have an appointment with Acura next week regarding the brake squeal and one window trim being mismatched, if this is the way it’s supposed to function, I won’t bring it up then.
