Is there a specific article or YouTube video which discussed this as an issue or concern? if so give us the link(s) so we can better understand what you are asking about and if its relevant to the 2019 RDX engine.

I followed the driveaccord.net 10th Gen forums for many months before deciding on RDX. There are several long discussions about the 1.5T engine with high oil levels in the Civic and CR-V, and a few reports on the Accord with the same engine, but so far nobody has reported the problem on the 2.0T.

I recommend that anyone interested in 2.0T issues in their RDX to keep watch on the DriveAccord 10th Gen forum.

likewise I have been looking at the Honda forums at cars with the same/similar engines and have not seen people posting issues with blow by or carbon build up on the back of DI engine valves.
