AcuraLink trial not working
I just received my long awaited black A-Spec yesterday night (gorgeous!) and I'm having trouble getting my AcuraLink subscription working. The dealer sent me an email activation earlier yesterday and I went through that process. Shortly after, he sent another email saying don't open the app yet. Oops...too late. Apparently that screws it up. We were not able to figure out how to get my subscription working, so he said to check over the next couple days and if it still isn't working give him a call. Anyone experience this and find a solution?

My dealer didn't register my car with acura so I registered first and messed up the way the system works. I've been waiting for a fix from Acura Canada's third level support for over a week on this issue... still no calls. I've had my RDX for 3 weeks now and the app still doesn't connect to my car. You'll need some patience with this one my friend.

I finally got mine working! AcuraLink support was completely clueless and wasted my time. Client Relations was very helpful in finding the solution but could not fix the issue directly. The lady I spoke with contacted an AcuraLink supervisor to determine how to resolve the issue. They insisted that a ticket be opened for the issue so that my vehicle's VIN number could manually be added to my account. They will contact your dealer to get the required information. After about 24hrs., I was up and running.
