Can anyone tell me exactly what to expect from the Remote Start Feature using the app? Only my defrost function turns on when I engage it. Is this a software issue or designed this way? Any other vehicle I have had engages the heat/cooling (and sometimes the heated seat) based on the setting when the car was last turned off. I called Acuralink and they said they are having issues but i'm getting inconsistent information. I just want to know what to expect!
