This is the first Im hearing about this! The stage one sounds pretty good as it doesn't require new springs and claims 25-40HP gains. I wonder if its also compatible with a phearable stage 3 tune? I would assume so but the tune would likely need to be modified.

 

Cams in this would only really benefit with full exhaust, down pipe, etc, then of course tuning.
For me you have to factor in cost vs output, speaking solely about the RDX and also how the trans will hold up to power increases too.

If you really want to go this route, I'd probably reach out to a tuner that is familiar with these engines and ask their input.
