Well my flashpro setup was not too shabby-
i did manage several 5 sec 0-60 times and the midrange was incredibly brutal-
very excited to try out this ktuner
ps if anyone wants to try my flashpro tune let me know

Curious if there were any other reasons for the switch. A custom tuned setup should yield better results than included basemaps, so that will be a tough comparison.

Switched just for experimental reasons
i will be custom tuning with th ktuner also
I like that ktuner seems to have more tables to adjust but it does seem a bit more difficult to understand how to use it

I never tried the flashpro but I did do the ktuner and then I eventually went to a tuner in Long Island and had it dyno tuned, I enjoy the ktuner unfortunately don’t know much about the flashpro but let us know what numbers you get with your custom tune !

What tuner, if you don't mind? PM me if it's against the rules.

So far..
out of the box the k tuner stage 2 with quick adjust maxed and boost tables bumped up by 5%
will blow away the flashpro custom tune in the bottom and midrange-
topend feels about the same on both-
this is all butt dyno observation -
am in process of custom e- tune now for ktuner

Good info! Forget if you have mentioned this before or not - what are the differences you feel between FlashPro Stage 2 and your custom tune?

I was running the flashpro stage 2 tune and had it custom tuned for my car which definitely made a big difference
but the ktuner on stage 2 seems so much more
powerful and I haven’t even started messing with it yet

Ktuner here, love the way the car drives with Stage 2. I've used Hondata products on my older Acura's (2011 RDX, 2005 RSX-S) and it was great, but for the newer generation of turbo Honda/Acura engines I will only consider Ktuner. Derek Robinson from IMW is what I would say is the best/most trusted tuner for the Honda community and he has gone over several times the advantages of Ktuner and shortcomings of Hondata with the new platforms. If anyone is looking to have their vehicle custom tuned I would strongly recommend him.
