The TLX type s brembos are very inexpensive and wish it could be easily installed on the RDX. Does anyone know what type of bracket adapter could be install to retrofit this to the RDX? I always see other car brands using some type of Cadillac brembos and all you need is the right bracket adapter and appropriate rotors.
Hi,
i'll try to fit them on my 2015 TLX. So the setup should be the same for the RDX. Both have the 114,3 bolt pattern and the Dual Piston brake.
regards
Hans
Did you require any sort of custom bracket to mount the TLX Type-S calipers? Also, any issues with the overall brake balance or front ABS sensors? Are you confident everything will also fit on an RDX?
I didn't used any custom bracket. Only 2mm Spacers behind the rotor to center it. At the moment i'm waiting for the spigot rings to center the brake rotor on the hub and after that, i can install the brake to drive.
So the other question you have to wait.
