Hello to all,
I would like to know if you know what the exact color of the seat border is?
It doesn't seem to be white white, more like a white-beige.
I would like to be able to redo the staining where it has disappeared, see the picture.
Preferably I would use the Colorlock product line, which seems to have a good reputation.
If you have any answers, comments or experiences, don't hesitate to participate in this topic loss of coloring of the seat
You can get a kit and mix to color match the existing. If you do, I suggest that you do the matching outside in the sunlight, not in the garage. I patched a hole in my VW leather and colored the panel that it was in -- matched well in the garage lighting, but not so well under natural sunlight. Unless the match is incredibly good, consider painting the entire strip, not just touching up the missing spots.

That piping is wearing pretty bad in my 2019 A-Spec. My sears are red, but the piping is black I think. I am debating whether to do anything about it….so far I have decided it is fine as is.
Had this issue back in October after only two years (albeit a much smaller section) and played heck getting Acura to admit there was a problem. Ultimately it was deemed "normal wear and tear" and I was told that as a courtesy they would cover 50% of the repair. Still cost me $250 out of pocket to have the seat cushion replaced.
They kept telling me that they had "never seen this before" which seems ridiculous considering how many ASPEC models have this trim.
