E-brake specs
E-brake specs
Hi all, wondering if anyone with the shop manual can help me with the torque specs for the hex bolts securing the EPB actuator on the rear brakes? I know there are different ways to retract the piston without removing the EPB actuator but I like doing things by the book.
I did extensive googling but can’t find the torque. There is a TSB for 2016-17 RLXs that gives the torque as 9 lb-ft but those cars don’t have the exact same actuator and hardware as the 3G RDX. For the 10th Gen civic, the torque is 5.9 lb-ft but again they don’t use the exact same actuator.
Any help would be super appreciated. Thank you.
