Video Card & Google Maps Audio/Sirius Issues

Hello

It's been a number of years since I've posted. I've been lucky I guess and haven't had any issues up until recently. Curious if anyone has any information/suggestions pertaining to the below identified issues:

1) My infotainment screen, when the backup camera is active, looks like a thermal imaging scene from the Predator movies. I've discerned from posts elsewhere that it's a video card issue requiring a replacement. I'm currently outside of the warranty period. First off, I'm curious if anyone has had any luck in getting Acura to give a free replacement under some kind of extended warranty or another avenue. They wanted to conduct a $120.00 diagnostic to identify the issue first and then the added cost to fix the issue if it wasn't an extended/special warranty coverage item. However, I've since identified the issue and know it's the video card. Therefore, I'm also interested in knowing if anyone knows what the cost is for them to replace the video card outside of warranty. Yes, I will ask them the cost, but I want to see what others have been charged around the country first.

2) The second issue is that when Car Play is active with Google maps, the voice prompted directions keep getting cut short almost immediately after starting. You can hear the voice start to give turn by turn directions for each step, but it's cut off within a half second of the voice starting. Strangely, the map directions on the infotainment screen still work fine. It's just the audio voice turn-by-turn directions is all screwed up. It's rather annoying. Combined with this issue, is the fact that Sirius XM and FM radio will no longer work at the same time with Google Maps via Car Play. I get a message prompt saying that the audio isn't available or something along those lines when I try to activate Sirius or FM radio when Car Play is active. It worked just fine a few weeks ago. I haven't made any changes of which I'm aware. I'm currently on the most recent firmware/software versions for the Car (D.1.6.3) and my phone application is current (iPhone 15 Pro Max). Anyone have any ideas about this? I've done a restart of the system through the diagnostic feature with no success. No Acura software updates are showing up as available, either.

Thanks in advance!

How old is your car? I've been beat over the head by members that Acura is reliable so hopefully this is just a one-off.

2019 Acura RDX. It's outside of the warranty window, but it's feasible that the video card could be covered by the 2019-2020 RDX MOST Bus Network Communication Error extended warranty coverage. Maybe. However, that is probably a stretch. It's more likely the audio issue with Bluetooth/Sirius would be covered. Again, that's up in the air. I don't believe the video card issue is a "one off" as there are multiple others that have posted online about the issue, unfortunately.
