USB System Issue
Following the latest OTA Update on my 2019 RDX back in December, my USB system is stuck in “Repeat” mode and cannot be de-selected. Repeat mode is highlighted with the upper and lower white bars, the selected album will begin to play then after 3 or 4 songs the system will freeze on one song and repeat over and over. I cannot de-select the Repeat button nor can I go forward to the next song or back to another song. The only way I can play another song is to pull the flash drive and start over with the album or playlist and then the problem starts all over again only letting me listen to 3 or 4 songs before going into repeat the file (song) mode. Anyone else seen anything like this? Car is at the dealer today, they are calling tech support to figure out what is going on.

Nope.. I have tried three different USB drives and the same problem comes up with all three. I even went all the way down to an 8 GB drive and it STILL happened with only a handful of music on it
There is really no reason to fight it right now. It is well documented in several threads on this site that the USB interface has a lot of issues and they appear to have gotten worse with the December update. From what I can tell, with the current software version, you are going to have problems. It seems to be better on my car with a small capacity USB (32 GB) that with large ones (64-128 GB), but there really doesn't seem to be much we can do about it. We are just sitting here waiting for the next update and hoping they get will closer to the functionality that we expected with it. Personally, I am just glad that it can be updated. It wasn't long ago that we were stuck with whatever software was loaded when the car was made.
You are not the only one in this boat, by a long shot. hang in there, It looks like a new update is working its way into being prepped for released in a month or so.

I have tried 1GB and 32GB USB sticks and also tried exFAT and FAT32 format and the results are the same. It is a bug and I have just reported to the dealer to at least make sure Acura would get the message and fix it with the next update.
Waiting for the 1.1.2 release.
