Tire Pressure in the acuralink app

I thought the tire pressure display in the acuralink app was part of the basic (free) dashboard, but it disappeared along with the last of the trials. Is it supposed to be part of one of these paid plans?

Mine have expired but I can still connect with AcuraLink and retrieve an update with the current tire pressure. Not sure what your problem might be.

I only get fuel level ( and range ), odometer, and "oil life". I allowed my "Security" and "Remote" packages to expire with the free trials.

I think it will pop up MM maintenance requests and hound me to go to a dealer. It's still hassling me about another Acura after I did the maintenance and reset the MM.

I can still use the map, but I think I need to connect to the car via Bluetooth to send destinations to the car.

hmmm. I get gas level, odometer, oil life remaining, but no TP. This started with the recent app updates (4.0.7 and 4.0.7.1) .. which coincided with my 1 year anniversary.. So unsure if app related or the 1 year expiration.

I still get the tp as it was the last time the car ran. I kept the remote subscription.

My Remote and Concierge subscriptions expired some months ago. The Security one expires in another week but I don’t think that should affect my ability to get TP readings.

I guess you'll know in a week.

There have been app updates for iPhone recently.

FWIW I'm on iOS 13.0 beta ( 6 or 7 ? ), but I doubt that matters. Or does it?

Well, if the TP is no longer included in the free portion of the app, the version probably is irrelevant. (I'm on Android).
But if TP is supposed to be included in the basic dashboard, then maybe it matters.

I can find no reference online that shows TP listed as part of either basic or premium plans. I just know it went away when my plans did and the app was updated.. both happened on same day or two.

I cannot believe that its not free with basic. The tire pressure is on the main Acuralink screen and my apps updated. I update the stats by refreshing and it gives current date/time of update and updated tire pressure.

I feel about the same way paying for TP as paying for TP!

TP works, it is the remote read. Which is not very useful as it only reads that status at the time the car was turned off, and is not updated.

Angry AcuLink remotely to send addressed through app when car is off

I fairly sure tire pressure was visible before the October 19 (4.0.7) AcuaLink update. I have Basic plus I pay for Remote through the end of August 20. Well that's one more thing that no AcuaLink no longer supports.

After the last update for car took effect in late August I lost ability to use AcuaLink remotely to send addressed through app when car is off. Now when I attempt to send to car I get "Send to Car Failed.... Please try again" again never works. I processed a case # but the person just said I've not heard about this issue & will check into it & get back to me. I have not heard a thing back after months.

I loved that feature. Is anyone else having a problem as I described? If so, were you able to do anything to fix it?

AFAIK, unless the AcuraLink "Remote" subscription is active, you can only send destinations to the Nav via bluetooth when your phone is connected to the head unit. OTA via AcuraLink won't work.

Mine did the same on my 2022 RDX.
Salesperso that sold me car still has it on their app on her TLX . She didn’t renew either.
Is it a RDX problem?

I recall tire pressure is part of the security package. Most other acuralink features are part of the remote package.

Wife renewed the security subscription mostly because of tire pressure feature.
