For those who have had that connector replaced - did that solve the issue, or are there many like me who have continued to have problems? Trying to decide what to do next.

I should clarify- are there many like me who have continued to have problems after having the connection replaced, and three other visits to adjust wiring tension, still having major problems with popping and infotainment shutdowns.

 

Looks like we have the same issue... suddenly getting the pops and crackles after a year and a half of ownership. Already took it in for the TSB fix and still getting the noise.

Very strange it would take this long to suddenly show up.
