Just got my RDX this past weekend - totally loving it! However, I can't seem to get the Handsfreelink to work smoothly with my phone. I have the following issues:

Incoming calls - I get notification that a call is coming in but when i press the wheel or touchpad to try to answer, it doesn't answer the call, i have to answer on my phone. Then the audio is fine thru the car. Then to hang up, same thing - i have to do thru my phone. The wheel and touchpad don't do anything.

Outgoing calls - i can make a call from the MID or main screen but right after dialing, MID says "call ended" but doesn't actually end the call. Audio goes blank for a few seconds then finally comes back. Again, i cannot use the touchpad or wheel to end the call (i can only do on my phone).

I'm loving everything else about the car but this is annoying. Anyone else have these issues???

 

Are you "pushing" the left wheel right to pickup the call and left to end? You say you are pressing the wheel.

Yes...doing that. That's what i meant (left/right). My phone was paired to my TLX before this - I just deleted both pairings and will see after work if re-pairing to the RDX helps any.

 

Removing old connections and re-pairing did the trick! Working as expected now!
