I got a new iPhone Xs and have successfully paired it with my new 2019 RDX. The problem I have is that contacts from my phone did not come over. I checked my settings and the "Automatic Sync Phone" feature is on. Anyone else having this problem with a new iPhone or is it just me.

 

The trick that worked for me is to adjust the settings on your iPhone. Settings -> Bluetooth -> Handsfreelink. Is "Sync Contacts" on? I had to manually turn the button to green.

 

Thank You for the Tip, it worked like a charm. I did not find that "setting" in any literature or "Forums" that I was looking at. Much appreciated.

 

When ever you pair anything with an iPhone, always click on the circle with the exclamation point all the way to the right following the pairing process and additional options appear for you to select should you want to.
