Yes, there are lots of "goodies" in Service Express. In addition to detailed service instructions, there are "System Descriptions" for pretty much everything on the car.

Video Playback Function
The audio and visual system can play digital compressed video from a USB device (MP4 is supported)

I downloaded a test sample mp4 and installed on my usb. The RDX infotainment sytsem couldn’t find the .mp4 listed among the song titles.
