Over The Air (OTA) Software Update D.1.1.2

New Software Version D.1.1.2?
I'm unfamiliar with the numbering system for software updates, but I saw that the version on my new Tech package SH-AWD is D.1.1.2. Is this an old version or newer than D.1.0.7? My car was manufactured in December of 2018.

Interesting, I think this is a newer version.
The first version was D.1.0.4. Vehicles manufactured from September or October 2018 came with D.1.0.7, and then everyone else got an OTA update in December.
Maybe yours is an indication that another OTA will be available relatively soon (another month or two perhaps).
In other threads people have mentioned that they were told the Android Auto update would be available in February 2019. But as usual nothing is for sure until it comes from Acura.

yes, I’ve been using siri and it’s been working flawlessly since I got the car. CarPlay still has the occasional music hiccup, but disconnecting and reconnecting the lightning cable fixes it. Also had one system freeze that was rest using the three finger method on this forum. To be fair though that trip (2.5 hour drive) I was changing the audio bass/treble/speaker settings every minute to see where I liked it) Haven’t had the glitch again. I have had the car for 3 weeks.

I was at a dealer today to get my camera reset after a windshield replacement.
The SA said that they get the same over-the-air updates when we do, so they don’t have the new one yet.
Sitting there and realizing how clueless the average person is, I guess dealers do a lot of updates.

Since I also had the B1 service done, it is a bit hard to say, but the whole thing took about an hour and a half. The SA said it all depends on who is doing it, and that he put his #1 guy on mine, but another one was there for hours for the same thing. It cost a bit over $300, but that is covered by insurance.

Shazam! I sent two separate destinations from my home office (searched for one by the name of the restaurant, one by street address), then went to the garage and each time the message indicated a location request had been received. Accepted them, saved to Favorites, started a route to each, no apparent problems. EXCEPT of course, for the item I sent by street address, there is still no way to name the destination, so maybe just one gold star for Acura just now.

Also tried using tethering from my cell phone in case home wi-fi signal was too weak in my garage.
Says up to date: D1.0.7 currently.
What am I doing wrong?
