AcuraLink app reports address "Sent to Car", but Downloaded Addresses is empty.

AcuraLink app reports address "Sent to Car", but Downloaded Addresses is empty.
Is there another step I need to do? I have an account at owners.acura.com, which I use to log into the iOS app. Everything else in the app works: remote start, lock, unlock, etc.
