2024 RDX Sound Settings not preserved

2024 RDX Sound Settings not preserved
Hi,
I recently bought a 2024 RDX A-Spec and overall I am loving it.
However, I did find that when I try and turn off the system sounds (i.e. all the blips and jingle sounds) through Settings > Sounds > system volunes and turn it to off, it will only stay off until I restart the car again and then the settings are once again enabled. I did notice that other sounds can be set higher/lower but "off" doesn't seem to stick
I have reset the setting back to default but that did not correct the issue. I also tried a USB update but was informed there were no updates. The one thing I did not do yet though was a full system reset but I would prefer not to if possible.
Has anyone else encountered this before? Should this be something that I should take to the service center? Most times I don't because historically the service people at Acura seem a bit lacking in the past whenever I have asked them about tech but with the new infotainment systems perhaps they are better now.
