Window Tint

Is the window tint any different on the A-Spec versus the other trim levels, or are they all the same from the factory?

They appear to be the same. An A-SPEC owner will confirm this. I had mine tinted on Saturday and the tint level was 35% to remain legal in my state. Anything darker looked darker than the rears when we put other options next to ti. I went with Ceramic tint and it made a huge difference.I was blasting the AC prior to adding the tint. .

No I didn't see the need for it since I have the shade. I do not ride around with the shade open in the Texas heat so no need to tint. If the weather is good enough to open the shade then I would prefer to take in the sun rays. The roof does not seem to be too harsh to me.

Can anyone confirm if the tint on the rear door and other back windows blocks out UV or infrared light?
I'm trying to determine if its worth the extra cost to add tint to the already tinted windows to block out UV rays. Not necessarily to darken the back more, but for the additional protection ceramic tint provides. Any thoughts?
