Does anyone else have a wider gap on the passenger side front headlight and trunk lid than on the driver side? It's also very sharp and is dangerous.

 

I haven't noticed anything odd on mine. Any chance you can post a picture or two that will show exactly what you're talking about?

Unfortunately this is the type of fit-and-finish inconsistency that's plaguing Acura, especially with US-built products. Some folks have cars that are perfect, others have cars that have slightly misaligned trim or body panels. It's a slight cosmetic issue, one that I don't anticipate the dealer willing to solve, but you can always try to see if they can adjust it to your liking at your next visit.

 

Hood? Nothing should be sharp. I wonder if you have a broken headlight assembly.

 

I first noticed the tailgate on my RDX had terrible panel gap consistencies and that made me take a look around the car. I also had an issue with my passenger side headlight sticking out like yours. Because my tailgate was so out of whack (and was also making noise), my dealer sent it to the body shop to realign it. While it was in, they adjusted my headlights for me and completely fixed the issue. Acura paid the dealer under warranty to take care of this and a few other fit and finish issues I had.
