Where do you put your change?

Noticed a weird thing today. The RDX has no good place to put coins. The only decent spot is in the door pocket, but I dont like doing that cause it rattles whenever you close the door.
Change? You mean those little pieces of metal people used to use for money?
I'd like to know where I'm supposed to flick my ashes. I'd prefer not to use the mason jar for my tobaccy juice.

I use one of those change holders that has 4 spring loaded slots for different denominations. I had it in my 2016 RDX and moved it to the new one. I have never had to use any of it.
But you're right, practical real estate in the RDX is hard to find.
Change is obsolete……………no use, no need, don’t carry any. No cash tolls or parking meters……even drive throughs, tap the phone or card.
Years back a change bin, very night coins in the bin….cashed it in every so often.

I do need a quarter for my weekly trip to Aldi (for the cart) and it is a PITA to have to dig one out of the bottom of the center console.
I've tried leaving it in the cupholder but my wife scolds me telling me that someone is going to smash her window to get it if they can see it lol.

Yes, the ALDI situation was my main reason for getting the coin purse to keep in the car. There is also the occasional vending machine but most of them now take credit cards. For those that don't, I have change handy without having to keep it in my pocket.
Are you guys in the States? Didnt know Aldi was here, let alone Also charged a quarter(1 euro in europe, which is returned when cart is brought back).
I keep my change in a ziplock bag. I count of the change at home then put it in the bag and label the amount with a sharpie(I count it twice), the store operators are pleased with it. I also typically sort the change by size/type.

I do keep a couple quarters in the cup holders (underneath coffee-stained napkins).
Aside from the local Aldi, there's a village center near me that still has old style parking meters. Need to feed them whenever I go to the barber or optometrist.
