There is a vertical row of 8 or 9 lights just to the left of the fuel gauge. Anyone know what they are there for? Usually only the top one is illuminated. Can't find anything in the manual.

 

I should have searched first. Someone mentioned that the lights coincide with the thumb-wheel that lets you flip through the center screen for different choices. Kind of useless.

 

Useless for some perhaps but not so for others. Some people use them as a reminder...... we all see the world differently. Its like in Windows...there are normally several different ways to accomplish a command as different people recall different things and have their favorites. (Taught computer classes at my college, got to see this a lot)
