Tire Chains

Sorry if this has been discussed but I had trouble finding an answer. I have an A Spec SHAWD, do I need chains for all four wheels or just the front two? Any recommendations? Anyone try Autosock? Currently big bear is saying its a R3 condition. Sorry for the noob questions but I've never driven to the mountains where it was required I needed chains.

Can't say for sure for your RDX, but the manual for my TL states to only put chains on the front tires and do not put them on the rear tires. Having said that, where are you going that would require you to use chains? I live near the Sierra Nevada and if the passes required chains on a AWD vehicle, I wouldn't want to be on the road at all.
