System Sound (Lowest Setting)

The swiping and clicking sounds are pretty annoying to me. I know someone loves them. It’s just my personal preference. I tried to turn system sound off in setting. However, once the car is turned off and back on, the system sound setting will goes to the lowest level instead of fully off. Is it designed that way?

I’ve had my system sounds turned off since day one, and they haven’t returned.

I haven't looked recently, but I wonder if there is a "save" function after setting to off?

The other thing I thought of, is the settings may be driver selectable. In other words if you set it using driver 1 FOB, it will not/may not carry over to driver 2 FOB.

It showed "Setting Saved" once I hit the return button. I have been always using the same key. No idea why it's behaving that way.

Sometimes if you exit too fast out of the menu it won’t save.

Actually the "off" setting will stay for the current drive. It will goes back to "1" for the next drive.
