Still no Android Auto in my country?

So it's already been like 1 year and a half since Android auto update (2.0?)have been on the US , but here in Panamá we're still on 1.1.4 , The customer service here doesnt Even know anything about it and wireless update or USB update says it's updated to the latest versión already, is there anyway to download the update and force it? Sorry for My English
thanks

Nothing you can do, only factory technicians can force update the system through from Acura's computer.

Actually I was wrong. See this thread, if you can find someone to help you get those files you can flash the unit yourself. (does Acura have official dealership in Panama?)

Did you try a factory reset and try to check for updates couple of times connected to a good speed and signal wifi network?
I also haf issue updating from 1.1.4 and the factory reset helped.

I think you could download the latest software into USB and install into your Acura this way? or maybe contact Acura service directly maybe they can help you.
