Silver A-Spec with red interior - strange that it's not an option
Silver with red seats is a classic sports car combination and I just recently realized it's not available. Has Acura ever offered that combination, or is it something we should just never expect from them?
I bought a silver one and thought the red interior would have been really cool. You can get it on the grey but I like the lighter silver color much better. One thing I noticed is that the dealers in my area didn't have any red interior RDX's in inventory, probably safer for sales to just stock black. Overall I do like the black but I'm a bit concerned on how the suede/microfiber inserts on the ASpec will weather over the years.

Agreed. It's a tried and tested seat fabric for sporty cars for a couple decades now. Terrible choice for steering wheels where you put your greasy hands, but for seats it seems to be very durable. Also helps that Acura chose a very low pile Alcantara. Most Alcantara complaints I read are related to the "fuzzier" piles.
