Not about RDX, but I remember seeing a similar question here about RDX and wondering whether the problem was solved.
I have an MDX 2014. Out of nowhere, its NAV/Radio screen goes back and forth between day and night modes when it is dark (e.g., evening, or when the car is in the garage). I have seen people suggesting changing the light sensitivity level to low. I tried low, min, middle, max... and the problem is still there.
Dealer said they need to replace the entire NAV/Radio unit for $1400 (but they don't guarantee this will fix the problem).
