Planning got getting either RDX apec blue or aspec black with red interior but worries it might get dirty easily. Anyone have experience with this in the past?

 

Have had ours just over a year. Love it and shows much less than grey or beige. Would get the same colour again

 

what color you pick for your rdx?

 

I wanted the blue with the red interior but in the end, I went with black and red interior. I was worried that I would get tired of the blue after a couple of months. I'm glad that I did that because I see the blue with red occasionally and I don't regret not getting it. Black is really hard to keep clean but when it's clean, man does it pop. Get what you like though. This is just my personal thought.

 

OMG I have the same feeling if i go with Blue/red interior. One question, isn't weird to have black/red interior? And is your red interior starting to get dirty? i'm having hard time now either getting Blue/red, Black/red/ Black/Black.

The red on black just pops for me. I have had a lot of compliments with it. A lot of people think it's custom work and then I tell them it's factory. I have had my car for a year and the seats are still clean. I am careful with eating anything in any of my cars. I had a black on black TL. It was nice but in the end it was just too much black for me. Before I purchased the car, my dealer asked me how long I could live with the superman theme. They know I hold on to cars for a while and that made my decision.

 

Thanks you made me little more confidence on Red interior now. Now just still deciding either Black/Red or Blue/Red. How much did you pay for your Aspec? I'm trying to look for one around 40-41 before all fees. If price not going well I might as well get a 2020 MDX Tech.

 

I bought mine over a year ago. 42,600 before fees. I got all season mat, mud guard, remote, and a couple other small things thrown in for free.

 

Wow thats great deal! Someone offer me $42585 currently I'm looking into other dealerships to see if i can get $40000 and about $43000 OTD would be awesome. Where you live again?

 

Bought my A-Spec/SH-AWD white on red interior in April last year for $41.5k before taxes/fees in DFW area. Love the red interior...glad I stuck to my guns with my wife over it. She came around to loving it as well.
