Red dead/bad battery icon on right side of navi screen

Hey everyone, this morning this red battery icon with a slash through it popped up on the right, secondary part of the navi screen. It is to the left of the Bluetooth icon in the below pic. There were no warning lights in the instrument cluster or any other issues. Anyone have an idea what this is or represents. I do have a '19 on the original battery, but I would assume that warning would be somewhere in the driver instrument cluster.

I searched on line + in this forum but no luck.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: to add that my phone battery was at 97%.

Believe that symbol refers to your cell phone battery level, not the vehicle battery. Maybe delete and re-sync your phone to the Acura again. Try restarting your phone. Do you have the most up to date IOS?

Do you have two phones synced to the Acura and in the vehicle at the same time? Do you only get that symbol when connected to Apple CarPlay? Seen this on one of the other forums, but have not tried it out yet. Mine defaults to showing everything.

No problem. Also, check that your phone is on the wireless charging pad in the right spot (if your vehicle has one), or unplug and replug in the phone if wired CarPlay connection, as my home one can be finicky if it's not on correctly to charge.
