Exclamation Rear view mirror defrost?

2022 Base RDX here. Lately I've been noticing my rear view mirror (the single one inside, not the outer ones) will have a lot of condensation on cold days which doesn't go away with defrost, I have to resort to wiping it off with a cloth. I'm not sure if this mirror even has any sort of automatic defrost, but in the 2 years I've had this one and 3 years with my previous 2019 I never noted the rear view mirror to have condensation like this. Does this mirror have any sort of automatic defrost, or am I just having a bad year?!?

Not defrost per se but heated similar to the outside rear view mirrors.

Good to know thanks, I guess it's just a bad year for condensation

North of the border, condensation is due to humid outside air or use of the recirculating switch on cold days. Turn windshield defrost on and recirculating off.

Yep that's what I've always done and never had so much condensation I had to wipe it off with a cloth as this year.
