Rear door sill- Aspec

I haven't seen these before, must be new. Pics are from Facebook. I assume these would be easy to install?

Part number is 08F05-TJB-200A

Nice find, long overdue. Is there a non-Aspec version?

Yes there is. Trying to figure out how to install them. I assume I have to pop out the current one with a screwdriver or something similar.

I thought I read on Facebook that it’s just adhesive. The default sill cover is faux, iirc (just a shape molded within a larger piece of trim), so I don’t think it pops out.

Yes I think it is adhesive but I’d think you’d want these to sit flush rather than on top of the existing.

My guess is that these covers are very thin and sit down inside the existing indentation for a flush look.

I saw them on FB and was about to order them but my daughter likes to step on that area to get out sometimes and while it looks good, making it glossy/slick isnt in the cards for me lol
