Nav favorites not showing up so I tried to add them but says they already exists. Anyone else having this issue. Can't add them back.
I had that happen on the first upgrade to my 2019 last year. Ever since then I have used "Downloaded" Places as my surrogate "Favorites". The locations seem to stay there between upgrades. To add the to "Downloaded" you have to put into you phone and download via Acuralink. It is cumbersome, but it does preserve your entry work. I tend to only use that for the more frequent, repetitive locations.
Did my update on the way to work this morning without issue. Not much to see here. I did try the USB and it did not screech but that's a crap shoot.
One thing that I tested and is not fixed is if you are playing a Playlist, shut the car off. When you return, the same song will continue playing when you start up and go, but you will not return to your playlist, you will continue with the album that the song you were listening to came from.

Now that 13.1 for is out for iOS public beta also, I would strongly recommend avoiding it for RDX owners...breaks it completely whereas the 13.0 previous beta is just fine. I had to restore last night after updating to the 13.1 developer beta yesterday, and was able to get back to the 13.0 public Beta release before they stuck 13.1 beta also on the public beta ring.
I updated this morning and after the first phone call I had the audio didn't come back on SiriusXM. I made another call, hung up and it came back, so that bug isn't fixed. They also didn't fix the bug where the skip forward and live buttons in the SirusXM app don't stay highlighted when hovering over them. It's a small bug but annoying and indicative to the lack of attention to detail. I haven't had the "function not available" error yet when changing presets through the steering wheel control, but I'm not holding out hope that they fixed that either. The biggest disappointment obviously is no Android Auto. Good job Acura!

I have the same issue and I do a factory reset to solve the problem.

I still have this issue (XM presets) intermittently after today's update. Sigh It's not a big issue for me, just annoying since that is listed as one of the fixes.
Ran this update and the only thing that I noticed that is fixed is my clock is no longer off an hour. CarPlay crashed less then 1 minute after the update. Still no Android.
Prior to the update my clock was off by one hour and that has not been fixed with auto date/time in this update. All my Nav favorites have been deleted so I’m now worse off. Waiting to see what else has been “fixed” with the update.
I may have to try a factory reset, but I am not looking forward to re-setting everything up again.... and it is really hot outside. 103 today ! Maybe if I can take some pictures of the things that will be reset so I can have a reference to how I had it....if I knew what things would get reset.
I want to believe that Acura has been working a a much bigger update that includes AA and never intended to release 1.1.4. However, since this clock issue appeared, they created 1.1.4 to fix the clock bug and the "graphics update" is to remove the images of the newer gen acura's that were leaked.

I have the same problem. I cannot even delete existing favorites, to enter them again, since they are not visible. I've tried system reset twice by Auto Hardware-Detect => Allow=>Restart to no avail. Is there other way to reset?
Well since the update, carplay crashes more often than it did before, Sirius audio dropped and then when I switched to fm, it Would not load fm radio, I have an early build and didn’t have nearly as many issues as some. I had to do the 3 finger salute. this isn’t looking good.
Rented a Ford Edge for a week, this is old Ford tech but had Sync 3. Carplay worked flawlessly, even booted up fast! Makes me even madder that the RDX interface is crap, nothing but problems.
The sad and disappointing part is that Acura made two revisions to this software since February 2019, and it was only reported within the last two weeks of the clock issue...this just means they weren’t planning on any software revisions between them.
I bet the D.1.1.3 was to remove the graphics of the next gen MDX, TLX, etc.
It’s really frustrating. There was never any intention to fix the other bugs such as CarPlay issues the car has.

It's interesting to note that TSB 19-050, that was just posted in our TSB section, address the clock being off by 1 hour. The fix is to update to D.1.1.4. (thank you EE4Life!
HOWEVER, it is noted:
Pull the 15 amp B+ radio fuse from the under-dash fuse box for 10 minutes to clear the data from the audio unit. NOTICE If this step is skipped or not correctly done, the client will still experience the issue.
Install the fuse, and start the vehicle. When the audio unit boots up, press and hold the Volume/Power Knob button for more than 2 seconds to bypass the anti-theft screen.
Once the procedure is complete, have the service advisor tell the client that any previously paired devices must be paired again.
See this thread for information on CODE 6382 Unable to Update Message on Audio/Information Screen. Software version D.1.1.2 (or higher) also corrected the issue.

That was happening to me for the first time today, after 13 months of ownership. I restarted the car multiple times and did my system updates from original to 1.1.2 to 1.1.4. No improvement in that.

Wow that is one long Bug List, a lot of minor ones but still that is a lot of fixes.
Seriously! I think longer than the 1.1.2 update list. Over pages...jeez! Nice to see they fixed a bunch of stuff even if its small minor stuff. At least they're aware of issues and addressing them. Hopefully AA is the next update...

Someone posted earlier that only the first 2 items are new to 1.1.4. The rest of the list is just a holdover from 1.1.2.
After update to D.1.1.4 yesterday, this morning went to do the fuse-pull to fix the clock issue and it had mysteriously corrected itself overnight. Auto date/time/time zone all works correctly now. Wondering if I should still do the fuse-pull as described earlier or just leave well enough alone.
