New Issues (2019 RDX)

I recently got the Sun Roof fixed. Service Bulletin. The popping noise is finally gone (hopefully for good).

This morning I found a few new issues:

I left the RDX outside all night. It was sitting in the driveway and it rained all night. When I got into the RDX this morning, there was a puddle of water on the passenger side (front). And a leak coming from two locations (Under the glove compartment, and from the passenger side door/window. Very odd as I have never had a leak before and it has been it rain many, many times. The good new is that I have the weather floor lines, so none of the carpet got wet.
Middle back seat belt is stuck. Will not pull out. No matter how slow or fast I try, it will not move (unusable). I took a video of this to show to the dealership (just in case they cannot reproduce).
Passenger side rear seat belt makes a grinding noise. The belt works, but as you pull it in or out it grinds. All the other seat belts are fine.

Will be taking this in again for more maintenance.
