flapping seat belt

flapping seat belt

anyone here have this problem?driving with both front windows down and the passenger side seat belt not buckled....it would flap like crazy...

nope..this is the only car that will do this that I know.....it flap so hard that it keeping hitting the side and makes annoying bang noise

almost everycar ive been in does that. Havent noticed it on the rdx thoe ... will have to test it out.

It could be the tensioner is not working as its suppose to (safety issue).

The seatbelt flap sounds normal.

Have you ever drove with only the rear windows open all the way? It sounds horrible, and hurts my ears. It hummmmmmmmms!!!!

i just fastened the seat belt, and that solved that. When all the windows are down I get that hum too,could it be the back hatch door vibrating from all the wind?

The hum sounds more like a wind tunnel, where most/all of the air is flowing through to both windows, causing "turbulence" right in the middle. I believe that it only happens with the windows rolled all the way down.


But not to get off topic, just click you seatbelts on.
