Leak causing major electrical system issues

Hi All, I have 2019 RDX Advance. Last night we had a thunderstorm and the car horn started blaring, I tried starting car and the battery was dead. After jump start every warning light and warning message was displayed on the dash. Took the car to dealer and they found the drivers side floor was soaked (under mat). The windows and sunroof were closed tight during storm. It appears there is a leak somewhere in the car which is causing major issues with electrical system. Anyone have similar issue?

Possibly clogged drain holes? I know that sunroof drain holes tend to get clogged. I would have them check those out.
