Hands free link voice commands?
Hands free link voice commands?
Does anyone know where I can find the list of voice commands? my 05 TL had the ability to adjust the climate control with the hands free link. I figured this RDX has the same or newer technology.
But I cant seem to find the list of commands, there is as short video of how to use the voice commands to start the navigation but that's it. Does anyone know where I can find the manual for this which gives me all of the commands?

I never even read that part of the manual but I know I've used voice commands to make phone calls and have the nav create routes to restaurants and such. This is my first car with that capability and I haven't used it much but to the degree I've used it, I've found it pretty intuitive and it has worked pretty well.
As for something like climate control or audio system, I'd rather just press a button.
This reminds me of when I was at a computer trade show back in the '90s and an early version of Dragon Naturally Speaking was introduced. After seeing the demonstration, I thought it was dumb. They promoted a vision where soon, we will all just speak to our computers and they would follow our commands and speak back to us. It never happened. I couldn't then, and I still can't now imagine and office environment where everybody will just be sitting in front of their computers barking at them. Speech recognition has come a long way but in most cases a button, a mouse or a keyboard is still a more reliable and efficient input method.
I wouldn't own an Amazon Alexa or Google assistant on a bet.

I used the hands free link to control everything because I had a stroke and lost use of my right side of my body so I can steer with my right hand. I don’t like letting the wheel loose to make changes to the climate control or any other items in the center.
Well, that's a whole 'nother ball game.
You can't do climate control which is a bummer. I use to use that on my 2012 tsx. Dont know why they would not put it in a newer car but my opinion is because of the android os. They are having issues doing easy fixes and just getting the radio stuff right.
I do understand that some might need/prefer the voice command option.
