Dash Cam - 2020 RDX
There’s a ton of information on dash cams out there but which is the most useful/practical for the RDX? Easy installation for this non-handy person is a plus. Experiences? Another thread on here that I overlooked p?

I followed this for my install, pretty straightforward job even if you're not particularly handy. The only mistake I made was that I bought the wrong size fuses - I'd tell you which one but I can't remember.
Lots of camera options out there that are great - take a look at the guides at: https://www.blackboxmycar.ca

Advanced
There are a ton of options out there across various price points, it all depends on what features you want, (gps? parking mode/impact detection? cloud viewing? etc), as well as the brand and quality of video from lenses & sensors.
I'd recommend taking a glance here for review articles, as well as the forums - https://dashcamtalk.com/forum/
For purchasing, I have used Alex here for years, and they regularly run specials - https://www.blackboxmycar.com/
Personally, I have a BlackVue DR900X 1CH ran through the BlackVue Power Magic Ultra Battery Pack B124, (I had considered chaining an additional battery pack, but we drive often enough that it holds enough juice for us were it's not a concern and provides plenty for us).

Cruisin'
Once you figured out which dashcam you want, go to thedashcamstore.com and get a kit that applies to your car and plug it into the fusebox and hide the wire (if youre that much of an amateur, just pry the trim just enough and push the wire in behind it all the way down to the fuse box. Use it for all my cars, very clean and effective kit.

Intermediate
I installed this one (from Amazon back when they ran a $40 off special. $179.99 - $40.00 = $139.99); it has a front & rear camera set up (though I've only installed the front so far.
I also got a hardwiring kit (another $20), and wired it into the fuse panel so I could use the "parking mode" feature.
The camera quality is "decent" and the installation was pretty issue (even for a non-handy/mechanical person like myself). The only drawback is that to get to the footage, you have to pop out the microSD card and plug it into another computer to get to the files, etc. (i.e. there's no cloud service/recording or cellular/wifi transfer option); but for $140, it's not too bad.
