Clunk from rear hatch when turning on uneven surfaces

Hey all,

I feel like I’ve seen this issue posted before but can’t find the thread anymore. Anyone have a clunk noise from the rear hatch area that occurs when making a turn on an uneven surface? For example I hear if I am turning out of my driveway. Not sure where it could be coming from..maybe the latch?

I've noticed that; I assume it is in the roof due to the structural compromise created by the panoramic glass (ridiculous and unnecessary feature).

It's the panoramic sunroof. Completely normal phenomenon.

And yet, not everyone feels this way.

From my point of view, I could say this about AWD. Although, I suppose one could argue that they sell RDXs without AWD, but not without pano roofs.

I was wondering about this as well... the sound it makes sounds quite concerning.

Would it still be a ridiculous feature if Honda had designed the vehicle to have enough structural stiffness to properly accommodate it in the first place?
